Dues Renewal and Board Vote
Our
neighborhood association has now served our community for 13 years. As we enter
our 14th year, we believe that our efforts have helped make Graystone
a wonderful place to live. Thanks in advance for renewing your membership and
voting in the Board elections. Our strength is through our collective efforts –
doing together what we cannot do alone.

It had been
seven years since we last professionally trimmed all the trees on
· Website – Electronic Communications is King
Our website www.almadengraystone.org is established. PayPal was
introduced as an option for paying dues and over one-quarter of memberships
were renewed online.
· Social Events – Getting to Know One Another Makes a
Community
We held the
Progressive dinner and the 4th of July and Halloween parades. In
addition, we held three wine tasting events, a piano concert, two poker nights
and the monthly women’s book club is filled to the brim.
· New Neighbor Welcome Program – Helping Those New to Us
We continued
our new neighbor welcome program with visits and gift baskets for all.
· Services – Dumpster Day Continues to Save the Garage
Once again,
the dumpster filled up within a few hours and lots of paint and other hazardous
materials benefited from recycling.
· Landscaping – Keeping It All Looking Good
Finally, our
“common areas” were mowed and trimmed throughout the year. These areas are on
